The Turbine is a fully accessible, custom built business innovation centre and conference venue, supporting local businesses and giving high - growth companies, whether new start or early years, an environment in which to develop and succeed. Businesses have access to a range of business support services.

The Turbine has 53 office units and four innovation workshops of various sizes over two floors. All set in a building which will inspire you, your colleagues and employees due to the use of space and light and the environmentally friendly design features.

Here at the Turbine we are aware that the needs of a business change as they develop, so enabling flexibility is important to us. Virtual office services and hot desking arrangements exist for those businesses not yet ready to commit to an office.

Once a company becomes a tenant it is then possible to move within the building from small to larger accommodation (or vice versa) without penalty.

Most businesses will be based at the Turbine for a period of around three years, and are encouraged to grow and develop during that time. Help is available to assist businesses in finding high quality business accommodation in the nearby area once they identify a need to move on.
