The Turbine has four workshops, all located on the ground floor, ranging in size from 46 sq. metres to 95 sq. metres
for businesses who wish to undertake research work, product
development, small scale electronics production or very clean, light
manufacturing.
All workshops have access directly to the rear car park area, they are the perfect place to design and develop new products.
These workshops are available on an easy in, easy out short term lease agreement with monthly rental payments.
All workshops have individual lockable access, double glazed lockable
windows, heating, lighting, alarms, load bearing floor, telephone
points, 3 phase power, data and power points, a sink and a toilet.
